Ordering Masks
How to place an order
Our cloth face masks are in high demand and require a few steps to complete for our customers. Here are some tips to make the process move quickly.
- Bulk orders start at 10 masks in increments of 10. A deposit is required to start the order. Turnaround time begins at the time of artwork approval.
- Full payment is required to start any order below our bulk order requirement of 10 masks.
- Customers must provide their own images, artwork, text, etc. 300 dpi or high resolution images are recommended for the best result. We will place the image you give us to look as good as it possibly can as we make small edits such as scaling and removing backgrounds. It is expected that the artwork is licensed or used for personal use or we cannot place it on the mask. NO reselling of artwork owned by another person or organization is permitted.
- Personalized work done to masks such as customized text, searching for images, or any activity that requires us to cater specifically to your job will be subject to additional fees for artwork and time. We want to keep the cost low with the ability to deliver our masks quickly, it is best if we work together to get the job done. Our staff will decide what we can and cannot do in regards to personalized work. There are small changes we will make free of charge if it is not too complex.
- No masks are completed without approval from the customer, masks that are approved are then stamped at 356 degrees F, for a period of 120 seconds. Our environment in the shop is clean and we wash our hands and sanitize it before each operation. Orders are done in groups so there may be some period of waiting because we try to group projects to work more effective.
- Please have your images ready, screenshots and pictures of pictures are not acceptable and we will not place them. If you can provide a sample we will do our best to find something comparible. If we have to rebuild the image an additional artwork fee will be charged.
