1. 1‑Year New Machine Manufacturer’s Warranty

PrintNinja3D LLC warrants that all new embroidery machines are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the later of:

• The invoice date, or
• The installation date (if installation is performed by PrintNinja3D LLC)

Shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.

During the warranty period, the manufacturer may, at its discretion:

• Repair defective parts
• Replace the product with a repaired or refurbished unit of equal value

All repairs or replacements require:

• Verification of the defect
• Proof of purchase
• The original dated invoice

2. Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

• Non‑standard use, including rental, contract, or commercial environments not intended by the manufacturer
• Improper or inadequate maintenance, including failure to follow lubrication, tensioning, or hooping guidelines
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or improper shipping
• Buyer’s remorse or dissatisfaction
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage during transportation or assembly
• Used or floor‑model items sold “As‑Is”

PrintNinja3D LLC disclaims all warranties not expressly stated here. Any implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose) are limited to the duration of this warranty, unless prohibited by state law.

3. Claim Procedures

To file a warranty claim:

• Claims for defective merchandise must be submitted within 1 year of the invoice date
• Claims for missing parts must be submitted within 60 days of delivery
• Items must be returned in original packaging when applicable
• PrintNinja3D LLC may require inspection at our warehouse or by an authorized field representative
• Photos and a copy of the original invoice are required

If the claim is approved, PrintNinja3D LLC will:

• Repair the item
• Replace the defective part
• Replace the machine
• Or issue a credit

Parts will be replaced whenever possible.

4. 5‑Year Limited Warranty & Training Coverage

This limited warranty applies to machines, accessories, and products sold by PrintNinja3D LLC. It is non‑transferable.

PrintNinja3D LLC will repair or replace defective components during the applicable warranty period. Warranty work must be performed or authorized by an Authorized PrintNinja3D Representative.

Warranty covers:

• Parts and labor Does not cover:
• Travel expenses for on‑site service

Customers must complete basic troubleshooting with a PrintNinja3D technician before an on‑site visit is scheduled.

5. Acceptance Requirements

To activate the 1‑Year Manufacturer’s Warranty and 5‑Year Limited Warranty:

Customers must provide:

• Photos of the machine inside the crate to confirm safe delivery
• A completed count sheet verifying all parts are present and undamaged

Training Requirement

For the 5‑Year Limited Warranty to remain valid:

• Customer must complete 8 hours of training before using the machine in production
• Businesses may assign a designated employee to receive training
• Training is provided via Zoom or similar platform
• On‑site training is available for an additional travel fee

6. Warranty Periods

5‑Year Limited Warranty (New Machines)

Extended Warranty for Used/Refurbished Machines

• Must be purchased within 30 days of delivery
• Cost: $499
• Coverage: 1 Year
• Accessories: 90 Days

7. Consumable & Software Exclusions

The following are not covered under any warranty:

• Needles
• Bobbin cases
• Rotary hooks
• Bulbs
• Fuses
• Air filters
• Needle bar reciprocators
• Plastic gears
• Any expendable or consumable component
• Software (refer to software manufacturer for terms)

8. Items Not Covered Under Any Warranty

PrintNinja3D LLC is not responsible for:

• Acts of God
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Parts or accessories not supplied by PrintNinja3D LLC
• Damage caused by improper installation, digitizing errors, or misuse
• Damage caused by poor maintenance or failure to follow operating instructions
• Environmental or electrical issues
• Computer/networking hardware not supplied by PrintNinja3D LLC
• Shipping costs (customer pays all warranty shipping unless otherwise approved)
• Preventative maintenance
• Additional operator training
• Products not paid for or not returned within required timeframes

Warranty is void if:

• The machine is tampered with
• The serial number is altered or removed

9. Limitation of Liability

PrintNinja3D LLC’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts. In no event will PrintNinja3D LLC be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Special or consequential damages
• Loss of data
• Loss of profit

Maximum liability will never exceed the purchase price of the machine.

All legal claims must be filed in the Court System of Delaware County, PA.
