Super Stretch – DTF Hot Melt Powder – TPU

Our Super Stretchy DTF Transfer Adhesive Powder is Applied to DTF Prints After Printing is Completed. This product is made of TPU – Thermo Plastic Polyurethane as the ingredient This is a very fine grade adhesive powder and can be pressed at low temperatures without worries of peeling and cracking after the first initial wash.  Please keep in mind Time, Temperature, and Pressure are the most important issues when it comes to applying DTF Transfers to garments. Instructions: Apply to your finished print and ensure wet even ink and shake off excess from film. You may have to allow the ink to slightly dry depending on the speed of your printer to avoid moisture stains in your final press. Cure times vary but we have successfully cured at 90 degrees celsius for 30-40 seconds **Recommended 1st press time is 320 degrees F for 10 seconds. 2nd press 320 degrees F for 5-10 seconds for best results **This powder will adhere at temperatures as low as 280 degrees F Sold by the Pound Curing and heat pressing DTF transfers should be done in a ventilated room with good air flow. Breathing in fumes can be irritating.
