1-Year New Machine Manufacturer’s Warranty

PrintNinja3D LLC warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and
materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year for the
original invoice date or installation date, whichever is later and performed by
PrintNinja3D LLC. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer.
The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair and
defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product
of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling,
packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer).
Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction
and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on original
dated sales receipt.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

This warranty does not include:
 Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear or any use for
which the product was not intended, such as use in rental or contract trade or
commercial use
 Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care

 Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or shipping damage
 Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse
 Normal wear and tear
 Damages incurred during transportation
 Damages incurred during assembly or maintenance
 Any used, previously displayed items (floor models sold As-Is)

PrintNinja3D LLC makes no express warranty or condition whether written or oral
and the PrintNinja3D LLC expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not
stated in this manufacturer’s warranty. For all transactions occurring in the United
States, any implied warranty of condition of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or
fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of the express warranty
set forth above. Some states or countries do not allow a limitation on how long an
implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential
damages for consumer products. In such sates or countries, some exclusions or
limitations of this limited warranty may not apply to the Purchaser. For consumer
transaction, the limited warranty terms contained in this statement, except to the
extent lawfully permitted, do not exclude, restrict, or modify but are in addition to
the mandatory statutory rights applicable to the sale of this Product to the
Purchaser. All warranty claims must be filed by the consumer to the retailer of this
product, who in turn is to contact the manufacturer regarding any warranty return
or replacement. We will handle claims from the consumer directly. Please retain
invoices for a minimum of one year for warranty purposes.

CLAIM PROCEDURES

 Claims for defective merchandise must be made within ONE year from invoice
date. Claims for missing parts must be made within 60 calendar days after the
merchandise is received
 Any claim for defective merchandise returns must be packed in original packaging
 We reserve the right to specify that items be returned to the original warehouse
for inspection or be inspected by our representative in the field
 Pictures are required to claim defective merchandise, along with a copy of the
original invoice
 If the claim is justified, the item(s) or part(s) will be repaired or replaced or a credit
will be issued. It is our policy to replace parts whenever possible
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which vary
from state to state.

5 Year Limited Warranty & Training Coverage
This limited warranty covers our machines, products and accessories sold by
PrintNinja3D LLC and is non-transferable. PrintNinja3d LLC guarantees that the
covered products will be free of defects in material or workmanship during the
applicable warranty period stated below. PrintNinja3d LLC will, at its option, repair
or replace a product that is found defective during the warranty period. Warranty
work must be performed or authorized by a PrintNinja3d LLC Authorized
Representative or Company. Warranty covers parts and labor only, and does not
include travel expenses for on-site work. The customer is responsible for basic
troubleshooting with a PrintNinja3d LLC technician before an on-site technician will
be dispatched.

Acceptance of Warranties & Training Coverage
Upon payment and acceptance of the 1 year Manufacturer’s Warranty, 5 Year
Limited Warranty & Training Coverage, each customer must provide the following:
 Photos of the equipment shown intact and safely delivered from within the
crate, to ensure no damage was ensued during the shipping process.
 Provide a completed count sheet of items to verify there are no missing parts
or pieces, or damage to the equipment from shipping. Count sheet can be
filled out and sent electronically via email or physically mailed to
PrintNinja3D LLC.

 ( 5 Year Limited Warranty & Training Coverage ) The customer must
participate in 8 hours of training on the equipment before operating it in a
production capacity. Businesses with employees or technicians on-site can
waive this and chose to have specific personnel assume the training to
forward teaching to the staff that will be operating it. Training will be
provided via Zoom Video session or a like platform, or the purchaser can pay
for travel expenses and we will come on-site.

Warranty Periods

PrintNinja3D LLC’s Warranty applies for the warranty period specified for the
specific product below. The warranty period begins on the date of the invoice as
indicated and ends on the last day of the last month from the original invoice date.

software, needles, bobbin cases, rotary hooks, bulbs, fuses, air filters, needle bar
reciprocators, plastic spiral bevel gears, etc.

NOT COVERED UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY or MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
PrintNinja3D LLC is NOT responsible for:
 Acts of God

 Any product that has been used, altered or modified in ways not approved
by a PrintNinja3D LLC representative or authorized contractor

 Parts, supplies or accessories not supplied by PrintNinja3D LLC

 Damage/defects caused by failure to attend corresponding training,
improper installation, digitizing, or other user misuse

 Depreciation or damage to equipment, property or garments, caused by
normal wear and tear, lack of proper maintenance, or failure to follow safe
operating and maintenance instructions, which includes but is not limited to
proper lubrication, thread tensioning, needle orientation and hooping

 External factors such as environment, maintenance neglect, or electrical
supply problems

 Computer and networking hardware not supplied by PrintNinja3D LLC

 Any shipping besides ground shipping. If the customer wishes to have
expedited shipping, they can pay the difference for the expedited shipping
covered under warranty. All shipping/return shipping for warranty work is
covered by the customer. We reserve the right to assume shipping
responsibility on a case by case basis and will in cases it is warranted.

 General product maintenance and preventative maintenance

 Additional operator training

 Products or parts have not been paid for or returned to PrintNinja3D LLC
within the period specified below

This 5 year limited warranty will be void if the machine has been tampered with or
modified without the express prior approval of a PrintNinja3D LLC representative,
or if a serial number has been altered or removed. This limited warranty does not
apply to software.
PrintNinja3D LLC’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or
replacement of the defective parts or product in whole, and PrintNinja3D LLC’s
LIABILITY WILL IN NO CASE, EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT, AS TO
WHICH THE CLAIM IS MADE. ANY CLAIMS AGAINST PrintNinja3D LLC MUST BE
MADE IN THE COURT SYSTEM OF Delaware County, PA.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED. ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES THAT MAY NOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, ARE HEREBY
LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTY.
IN NO EVENT WILL PrintNinja3D LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT), EVEN IF
PrintNinja3D LLC HAS BEEN EXPRESSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES. The purchaser may also have other rights in their home jurisdictions.
