DTF (Direct to Film) printing is a new type of process that uses ink that is printed on to transfer film.
Hot melt powder and PET film is used as the transfer medium to transfer ink to the clothes.
These film sheets can be used with both the hot peel and cold peel methods.
Technological Process:
1.Digital Printing (first CMYK then White)
2.Apply Hot melt Powder
3.Shake excess Powder
4.Drying with oven or heat press (140-150℃/284-302℉ for 3-5 Minutes)
5.Pressing (160-170℃/320-338℉ for 10-20 Seconds) depending on the textile material

***RECOMMENDED PRESS TEMP/TIME PER TEXTILE MATERIAL, DO NOT HEAT PRESS ACRYLIC TEXTILES, ALWAYS USE MED-HIGH PRESSURE WHEN HEAT PRESSING
Cotton: 1st press 325 F for 10 secs; 2nd press 325 F for 5-10 secs; Use teflon top sheet to melt away excess adhesive, or for a glossy finish
Polyester & Blends: 1st press 285 F - 325 F for 10 secs; 2nd press 285 F - 325 F for 5-10 secs; Use teflon top sheet to melt away excess adhesive, or for a glossy finish
Leather & Lyrca: 1st press 285 F - 325 F for 10 secs; 2nd press 285 F - 325 F for 5-10 secs; Use teflon top sheet to melt away excess adhesive, or for a glossy finish
