Artwork Guidelines

SVG, EPS, AI recommended. PNG must be 300DPI or higher and should be output in the size it will be printed, to avoid scaling issues. PRINTNINJA3D LLC reserves the right to include an artwork fee to bring artwork within standards. If this service is denied, the customer must approve a waiver that acknowledges the job will be “print as-is”. The customer will assume all liability and accept the final production. There will be no re-prints or refunds for “print as-is” projects. SVG,AI & EPS submissions will have the artwork fee waive, but is still subject to being deemed “low quality”. We will offer services to fix any discrepancies, or the customer can opt to “print as-is”.

Printing Guidelines

Roll off printing done on 12″ max width. 3-5 business days to complete all print jobs. In the event we cannot meet these terms we will let you know before invoicing you for your job. Please see Artwork Guidelines for recommendations on submitting your artwork files. Approval of artwork will be the responsibility of the person in charge of making the payment. We do not accept 3rd Party approval unless it is negotiated and approved by management. All artwork approvals will be accepted in writing, via email, messenger, or in person.
